Outpatient Therapy
Sometimes healing happens one hour at a time.
While EMDR Intensives are at the heart of Kindle Therapy Co., they're not the right fit for every person, season, or circumstance.
Outpatient therapy offers ongoing support through regularly scheduled sessions, creating space for healing, growth, and meaningful change over time

Insurance
& Payments
Outpatient therapy may be covered by insurance.
Insurance Accepted
• Aetna (Katie)
• Cigna (through services provided by Vivian under supervision)
Out-of-Network Benefits
Many clients also have out-of-network benefits that can help reduce the cost of therapy.
Kindle Therapy Co. partners with Mentaya to simplify the reimbursement process and help clients access their available benefits.
Outpatient Therapy or an Intensive?
Both are valuable paths to healing.
Outpatient therapy provides consistent support through ongoing sessions, while EMDR Intensives create dedicated space for deeper, focused work.
Not sure which is right for you? We can talk through your goals and find the best fit together.
