How our EMDR Intensives Work.

Sometimes therapy needs more room.

EMDR Intensives offer extended time to stay with the work instead of stopping when the hour ends.

Each intensive includes:

  • A free initial consultation (virtual or in-person) to see if Kindle is a good fit

  • A personalized schedule based on your energy, needs, and comfort

  • Built-in breaks for rest, movement, and grounding

  • An optional follow-up session for integration

Intensives can complement your ongoing therapy or stand alone as dedicated healing experiences.

  • A focused, single-session experience for targeted healing.

    Purpose:
Designed for clients who want to address a specific memory, experience, or theme that feels unresolved. It’s also a good introduction to EMDR Intensives if you’re curious but not ready for a multi-day commitment.

    Structure:

    • 60-minute intake consultation (virtual or in-person)

    • One 3-hour EMDR session

    • Short breaks as needed to support regulation and processing

    • Optional 30-minute follow-up (virtual) within 1–2 weeks

    Ideal for:

    • Processing a single-incident trauma (e.g., accident, medical event, birth trauma, loss)

    • Reducing distress from an ongoing stressor (e.g., workplace or relationship challenge)

    • Exploring whether longer intensives may be helpful

    Investment:
    $600 total

  • A consistent rhythm of deeper work spread over weeks or months.

    Purpose:
Ideal for clients with complex or developmental trauma, or for those already in therapy who want dedicated time to accelerate progress between regular sessions.

    Structure:

    • Begins with a 60-minute planning session to map goals and pacing

    • Recurring half-day (3-hour) or full-day (6-hour) EMDR sessions

    • Each day includes time for grounding, reflection, and integration

    • Optional check-in sessions between intensives for support

    What It Looks Like:
