Out-of-Network Benefits
Made Simple
Therapy is an investment, and many clients are surprised to learn that their insurance may reimburse a portion of the cost through out-of-network benefits.
To make that process easier, Kindle Therapy Co. has partnered with Mentaya, a service that helps clients understand their benefits and access reimbursement for eligible therapy services.
Is Mentaya Right for You?
Mentaya may be a good fit if you:
• Have out-of-network benefits
• Feel overwhelmed by insurance paperwork
• Have submitted superbills in the past but never received reimbursement
• Want someone else to handle the claims process
• Prefer to focus on healing instead of dealing with insurance companies
How It Works.
1. Reach Out
Complete the form below and provide the email address you'd like associated with your insurance benefits check.
2. We'll Check Your Benefits
We'll submit your information through Mentaya to determine whether your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits and what reimbursement may be available.
3. Review Your Options
Once your benefits have been verified, we'll share the results and help you understand your options before moving forward.
What Does Mentaya Cost?
Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim.
This fee includes:
• Claim submission
• Insurance follow-up
• Assistance with denials
• Required paperwork
• Customer support throughout the reimbursement process
Mentaya also offers a claims-submission guarantee. If a claim cannot be successfully submitted, their fees are refunded.
Questions?
If you're unsure whether Mentaya is right for you, feel free to ask during your consultation. We're happy to help you explore your options and make therapy as accessible as possible.
