Out-of-Network Benefits
Made Simple
Therapy is an investment, and many clients are surprised to learn that their insurance may reimburse a portion of the cost through out-of-network benefits.
To make that process easier, Kindle Therapy Co. has partnered with Mentaya, a service that helps clients check their benefits, submit claims, and receive reimbursement without the usual paperwork and phone calls.
Check Your Eligibility
Use the embedded Mentaya tool to see whether your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits and estimate how much reimbursement you may receive.
Is Mentaya Right for You?
Mentaya may be a good fit if you:
• Have out-of-network benefits
• Feel overwhelmed by insurance paperwork
• Have submitted superbills in the past but never received reimbursement
• Want someone else to handle the claims process
• Prefer to focus on healing instead of dealing with insurance companies
How It Works.
1. Check Your Benefits
Use the eligibility tool above to see if your insurance plan offers out-of-network reimbursement.
2. Create Your Mentaya Account
If you'd like to move forward, you'll create a secure Mentaya account.
3. We Submit Session Information
Kindle Therapy Co. enters your session information into the platform.
4. Mentaya Handles the Rest
Mentaya submits claims, manages paperwork, follows up with your insurance company, and addresses any claim issues that arise.
5. Receive Reimbursement
If eligible, your insurance company sends reimbursement directly to you based on your plan's out-of-network benefits.
What Does Mentaya Cost?
Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim.
This fee includes:
• Claim submission
• Insurance follow-up
• Assistance with denials
• Required paperwork
• Customer support throughout the reimbursement process
Mentaya also offers a claims-submission guarantee. If a claim cannot be successfully submitted, their fees are refunded.
